The Pub
The Pub is open every Friday from 5 - 9p.
We serve a small selection of natural wines, beers, cider, and a different specialty cocktail each week
Sit on the patio, kick back on the deck, or stay inside amongst the design features and wood paneling of an old carriage house.
The Food
Melissa Pelletier is our resident chef. With many years of professional experience, and drawing inspiration from various traditions, Melissa builds her menus based on what is in season. As such, the menu changes every week, but will always feature tortas, a series of other mains, green salad, papas bravas, and other seasonal sides. A sample menu is below.

Why a beaver?
1. The formal - Beavers are considered a keystone species as they create, modify, and maintain habitats to the benefit of many other plants and animals. These ecosystem engineers are prolific builders and have a tremendous impact on an area’s biodiversity.
2. The aesthetic - A beaver would have a field day with all the different kinds of wood/ wood paneling in the pub. A tree-lovers paradise.
3. The dramatic - Whys and why nots. Both and neither. Sometimes things make sense because they don’t make sense. Revel on. (Specifically, with us, from 5-9 on Fridays.)
